the horizon lounge team, led by hayden and max, was very polite. they provided warm service to all guests. i noticed they remembered almost every guest's name. breakfast at the lounge featured five kinds of fresh juices including carrot juice.
the curtain buttons in my room did not work well. it could have been an issue with the motor.

i'm so glad our group got three horizon club rooms, they was amazing. the horizon club hospitality is awesome, i swear! we ate breakfast and went to the evening buffet in the lounge everyday, it was delicious. hayden, max, buddy, cattie, janis, hebe yau, jessica, kit, elisa, wing, hebe ho and tony are so professional and nice.
the executive suite was not that great, i was sad. the bathroom was small and only have a tub shower. the toilet was leaking onto the floor, ugh.

the room had good amenities and a large bed and the harbour view was stunning, you can see all the boats go past. air conditioning works great and the room was quiet with no noise at night.
